Walk Me Through The Process

If you actually want to reap rewards from email and SMS, it takes a focused and analytical approach from someone who can make it their priority.

  • We start off by having a brief call over Google Meet to understand your business, the challenges you’ve faced and the goals you want to achieve through email and SMS.

    I then audit your Klaviyo account to see what you’ve been sending. Taking a look at the content in your emails and how your campaigns and flows have performed. I will compare those results to your industry to determine where you fall. Look into more KPIs, including sending cadence and deliverability.

    After thoroughly examining your account, I will build a Priority List of what needs to be fixed and create a 30-Day Action Plan for you.

  • On this call, I will break down my findings of your Klaviyo account. You will receive the Priority List and 30-Day Action Plan, in which I will explain the steps to take to see immediate improvement. If I am able to take you on as a client, we will move on to step three.

  • This is where I do a deep drive to fully understand the ins and outs of your business. Your brand, products, competitors and customers–I learn it all. This research shapes how I write, design, and communicate with your subscribers through email and SMS.

    Afterwards, I will take the Priority List and 30-Day Action Plan to develop a Roadmap for the next 90 days to fix and enhance your retention marketing. You will receive the full Roadmap and weekly progress updates as work is completed.

  • Here’s where I will further integrate your Shopify store with Klaviyo (if not yet complete) to enhance your sending efforts and data collection. Then, I will improve your segments to better target your audience. And design the first iterations of your sign-up form and lead magnet.

  • This is when I construct all your automated email flows—designed to guide your customers through their buying cycle. All emails are tested to ensure proper segmentation, working links, quality content, and third-party integrations are connected (as needed).

    You will be able to review and approve all flows before they go live.

  • You will have access to the campaign calendar that shows all upcoming emails. All campaigns are scheduled a week in advance, allowing you ample time to review and approve them.

    (The same testing done for your flows will be done for each campaign.)

  • Before we start sending, I will ensure everything is double-checked and in working order. I will follow my checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked. Once live, I will track your emails to see where they land and ensure your text messages get delivered.

  • Over time, as Klaviyo collects more and more data on your customers. Changes will need to be made to continue seeing outsized returns. That’s why I will constantly test and optimize all aspects of your emails and SMS to ensure we drive the most revenue without burning your audience.

    Weekly reporting emails will be sent to you. They will contain the progress made throughout the week, stats on your campaigns and flows performance, along with any testing done.

    This step is a never-ending process, repeated month over month to continuously scale your email and SMS marketing.
