  • There are a hundred different points I could make to prove to you that email and SMS are crucial to your brand's success, but I’ll just give you the major ones.

    30-50% of revenue just from email marketing.

    At a minimum, you should see 30% of your brand's revenue coming from email marketing; anything above 30% is impressive.

    30% is a HUGE increase to your bottom line if you haven’t started email marketing yet. But for brands only hitting 20% or lower, you still have significant room to grow.

    10-20% of revenue just from SMS marketing.

    Whether you believe it or not, some of your customers do WANT to receive texts from you. SMS has proven to be a great way to send personal and timely messages to your most active customers.
